MS sealants
are innovative, one-component sealants based on modified silane polymers. They combine the best properties of silicone and polyurethane sealants without their disadvantages.
At SCIBO, with over 50 years of combined experience, we develop MS sealants that meet the highest professional requirements.
SCIBO MS sealants are
free of isocyanates, silicones and solvents, which makes them environmentally friendly and harmless to health. They cure through humidity to form a permanently elastic material that flexibly absorbs movements and vibrations in the building structure. Thanks to their excellent adhesion to almost all substrates such as metal, glass, ceramics, wood, concrete and various plastics, often without primer, they are extremely versatile.
SEAL MS sealants
are UV and weather resistant
and are suitable for both interior and exterior applications. They can be painted over, have low shrinkage and cure without bubbles, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing and durable seal. The low-odour processing and the lack of corrosion effect on metals make them ideal for applications in sensitive areas such as the food industry or healthcare.
Another advantage is their chemical resistance to many oils, greases and solvents, which further extends their range of applications.

High-performance alkoxy-based silicone sealant for versatile applications
Neutral-curing, MEKO-free, alkoxy-based silicone sealant with high elasticity and excellent adhesion. Developed for demanding sealing in construction, industry, glass and sanitary applications.
Provides long-lasting weather and UV resistance, ideal for projects that require maximum durability and reliability. Perfectly suited for joints and seals that have to withstand the highest loads.

SEAL S 115 HT
High-temperature sealant for extreme loads
Neutral-curing, MEKO-free silicone sealant with exceptional temperature resistance up to 250 °C (long-term) and 300 °C (short-term). Perfectly suited for demanding seals for chimney openings, cooker connections and in apparatus construction.
UV, weather and colour resistant, with high adhesion to numerous substrates, even without primer. Specially developed for applications in structural engineering and glass construction as well as for structures subject to high thermal and mechanical loads.
Notes: Not suitable for natural stone. Tension-free processing on PMMA and polycarbonate required.

SEAL MS 400 AIO
All-in-one MS sealant with ±25 % movement absorption for floor and connection joints.
Elastic 1-component MS polymer sealant with high elasticity and exceptional adhesion. Developed for demanding applications in the construction and industrial sectors, it is ideal for connection and expansion joints as well as sealing in window, door and façade construction.
UV, weather and ageing resistant, it offers a reliable solution for indoor and outdoor applications, including wet areas. Low odour, environmentally friendly and free from solvents, isocyanates and silicones - perfect for durable and flexible waterproofing.

Elastic MS sealant with ±25 % movement absorption for construction and connection joints.
High-quality MS polymer sealant with high movement capacity for construction and connection joints.
Ideal for demanding applications in the construction and industrial sectors. Developed for connection and expansion joints as well as sealing in window, door and façade construction, it offers outstanding elasticity, adhesion and weather resistance.
UV, weather and ageing resistant, low odour and environmentally friendly. Free from solvents, isocyanates, silicones and phthalates - a versatile solution for indoor and outdoor applications, including wet areas.

SEAL PU 600 I
High-performance polyurethane sealant for industrial applications
Elastic polyurethane sealant with excellent adhesion and high movement absorption. With a Shore A hardness of 47 +-3, it provides durable seals and elastic connections in demanding industrial environments.
Offers excellent weather, UV and temperature resistance as well as resistance to dynamic loads. Ideal for sealing and bonding in vehicle construction, assembly work and weatherproof building constructions.

SEAL PU 610 U
Versatile polyurethane sealant for construction and industrial applications
Elastic, moisture-curing polyurethane sealant with high flexibility and a Shore A hardness of 37 +-3. Developed for demanding sealing and elastic bonding in construction and industrial projects, including joints between different materials such as metal, plastic, glass and wood.
Offers excellent weathering, UV and ageing resistance as well as lasting elasticity. Ideal for sealing vertical and horizontal surfaces, vibration-damping applications and versatile jointing work.

SEAL PU 620 B
Special sealant for highly stressed joints
Elastic polyurethane sealant with low modulus and a Shore A hardness of 30 +-3, specially developed for dynamic building constructions. Offers maximum elasticity and high movement absorption, ideal for expansion joints and seals in demanding applications.
Perfectly suited for facades, concrete and masonry as well as waterproofing in bridge construction, balconies and areas with direct water contact, such as water channels.

SEAL AC 200
Universal acrylic painter
Versatile acrylic sealant, ideal for sealing cracks and connection joints indoors and outdoors. Provides excellent adhesion to concrete, aerated concrete, plaster, masonry and wood. Easy to smooth, can be plastered over and painted over after just 10 minutes - perfect for quick and efficient renovation work.
Colours: White and transparent (transparent only suitable for indoor use).

SEAL AC 210 S
Textured acrylic sealant for cracks and plaster damage
Grainy, textured acrylic sealant, ideal for repairing damage and cracks on plaster facades, walls, woodchip wallpaper and decorative plaster. Perfectly suitable for mineral substrates and slightly damp surfaces such as plaster, masonry, concrete, wood, non-corrosive metals and plastics.
Solvent-free, can be plastered and painted over - the ideal solution for indoor and outdoor areas.
