MS adhesives
Our MS adhesives are based on the latest KANEKA and WACKER technology of modified silane polymers and thus offer an outstanding combination of high adhesive strength and permanent elasticity. These adhesives are free from solvents, isocyanates and silicones, which makes them environmentally friendly and harmless to health. They adhere without primer to a variety of substrates such as metal, glass, plastic, wood and concrete.
BOND MS 430 B.I.G.
Premium hybrid for sealing and bonding applications
High-quality 1-component MS adhesive and sealant with fast skin formation time and flexible, durable bonding. Ideal for structural bonding and elastic sealing in construction, metalworking and vibrating structures.
Adheres reliably to metal, glass and aluminium - without additional pre-treatment. Environmentally friendly, low-odour, weather and UV-resistant.
Standards and certificates: EMICODE EC1 Plus, VOC emission class A+, Indoor Air Comfort GOLD.
Available in over 10 colours, special colours on request.
Shelf life: 18 months.
BOND MS 440 High Tack
Premium high tack hybrid assembly adhesive
Premium 1-component MS high-tack mounting adhesive with extreme initial adhesion.
Perfect for heavy components and quick fixation such as Bonding of door frames, window sills, corner profiles, boards, panels, skirting boards, cable ducts, stairs, laminate, decorative mouldings, signs and insulation materials. Also suitable for bonding mirrors in accordance with DIN 1238 / DIN EN 1036-2.
Adheres reliably to most surfaces such as metal, glass and aluminium thanks to its high viscosity - even on slightly damp substrates and without primer. Low-odour, low-emission and weather-resistant.
Standards and certificates: EMICODE EC1 Plus, VOC emission class A+, Indoor Air Comfort GOLD.
Available in 5 different colours, special colours on request.

BOND MS 460 T
Crystal clear premium hybrid adhesive
Crystal clear transparent premium MS adhesive with excellent adhesion and flexibility. The SCIBO team is currently in the approval process and will release the product soon.

BOND MS 465 TB
Transparent Blue hybrid adhesive
Solvent-free, more odourless Elastic 1-component MS adhesive with glass-like transparency - ideal for visible sealing, decorative joints and bonding. Broad adhesion spectrum without primer, can be painted over with emulsion paints and is non-corrosive.
It is also anti-fungal and free from isocyanate and silicone - the perfect choice for aesthetic and hygienic applications.

BOND MS 480 I
Premium industrial hybrid assembly adhesive for maximum strength
Sprayable, elastic 1-component assembly adhesive with outstanding tensile strength of approx. 4.0 N/mm² - ideal for strong, long-lasting bonds. Perfectly suited for bonding and sealing almost all building materials such as stone, concrete, glass, metals, ceramics and hard plastics. Ideal for use in vibrating structures, vehicle and caravan construction, air conditioning systems and metal containers.
Adheres reliably without pre-treatment, is solvent-free, low-odour and can be painted over. High resistance to weathering and ageing makes it the first choice for demanding industrial and construction projects.

BOND MS 490 HT
Premium hybrid sealing adhesive for high temperatures and powder coatings
Elastic 1-component MS sealing adhesive with exceptional temperature resistance from -40 °C to +90 °C, up to +160 °C for short periods. Specially developed for applications that have to withstand high thermal loads, such as sealing and bonding in building construction and civil engineering, vibrating structures and industrial areas.
Ideal for use with powder coatings and applications on metal, glass, aluminium and other surfaces - without primer. Solvent-free, low-odour, UV-resistant and paintable, perfect for demanding projects.
Standards and certificates: DIN EN 15651 - 1: F INT-EXT-CC, EMICODE EC1 Plus, Indoor Air Comfort GOLD, VOC emission class A+.

BOND MS 495 FR
Flame-retardant hybrid sealing adhesive for fire protection
Elastic 1-component MS sealing adhesive with fire resistance up to 3 hours in accordance with EN 1366-4. Developed for fire protection in building construction and civil engineering as well as for industrial applications, including expansion and connection joints that must withstand fire and smoke gases.
Provides excellent adhesion without primer on metal, glass, aluminium and many other surfaces. Solvent-free, low-odour and paintable, with high weather and UV resistance - ideal for demanding applications.
Standards and certificates: DIN EN 15651 - 1: F INT, EMICODE EC1 Plus.

BOND MS DUO
Fast-curing 2-component hybrid assembly adhesive for demanding applications
Two-component MS adhesive for structural bonding with extremely fast curing - even with high layer thicknesses. Offers very fast functional strength and primerless adhesion to numerous substrates, even when exposed to water.
Ideal for stress-equalising bonding and dynamic loads. Excellent for metal construction, vehicle and container construction, shipbuilding and interior and exterior applications. Perfect for wood, glass, metals, plastics, ceramics and mineral substrates.
Free from isocyanates and silicone, low odour and resistant to weathering and ageing. Coating compatible in accordance with DIN 52452 - the optimum solution for demanding industrial and construction projects.
